Tasting- Bay Bridge Chardonnay

Name- Bay Bridge Chardonnay
Variety- Chardonnay
Region- Central Valley, California
Country- United States
Year- 2012
Price- $2.99

Wine review: The nose was pear and some apple, not much else. Maybe a little mineral. The flavor was pears and some grassy notes. A hint of butter and some mineral. very green. Not much finish. Drinkable, but nothing spectacular about it. probably not something i will purchase again.

My review: On the nose, there were hints of cucumber and apple. Other various faint fruits were there and even traces of melon were recognized. The smell matched the flavor and there were also some straw-like notes. The dry aspects of the wine made the wine slightly boring. While there were some delightful light fruit notes, the overall taste of the wine was nothing too bold.

I tried this on it's own without food.
